I work at the intersection of real estate operations, meaningful work, and leadership during change.

For nearly two decades, I have led and supported property management, maintenance, construction, technology, and operational improvement efforts across multifamily real estate. My work has focused on helping teams solve practical problems: improving maintenance response, coordinating vendors, strengthening accountability, implementing technology, managing renovations, and creating systems that make day-to-day operations more reliable for residents, clients, and employees.

Today, I serve as a senior multifamily operations leader, with experience spanning property management, maintenance and construction, business process improvement, and technology-enabled operational change. I hold an MBA and PMP certification, and I am pursuing a doctorate in Organizational Leadership at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.

My doctoral research examines meaningful work, intrinsic motivation, and leadership during disruptive change. I am especially interested in a practical question facing many real estate organizations: when technology, centralization, new processes, or rising expectations change the work people do, what helps them remain motivated, engaged, and connected to the purpose behind their work?

I believe real estate operations are ultimately human systems. Strong technology, processes, and reporting matter—but they only work when the people responsible for carrying them out understand the why, feel capable of succeeding, and see how their work contributes to something meaningful.

Through speaking, writing, research, and operational leadership, I share practical ideas for helping real estate organizations connect performance with purpose. My goal is to help leaders build stronger teams, navigate change more effectively, and create better outcomes for residents, employees, owners, and communities.
